The Challenge
Tokio Marine needed a Regional Compliance Day video that could resonate across thousands of employees worldwide, cutting through "checkbox compliance" fatigue and landing as a genuine cultural message. The challenge was to translate complex expectations, accountability, ethical decision-making, and the confidence to speak up, into something human, clear, and motivating, while keeping the tone aligned with a global corporate audience and consistent across diverse markets and roles.
The Outcome
The final piece was distributed to Tokio Marine staff globally and successfully reinforced the idea that compliance is driven by individual choices, not just rules on paper. It helped shift the message from passive awareness to proactive responsibility, encouraging employees to ask questions, collaborate, and challenge what doesn't feel right. Most importantly, it created real day-to-day impact in how teams interacted with colleagues and clients, strengthening a more consistent, integrity-led culture across the organisation.
